Persohotel International representantes exclusivos de Viking Cruises en México y CentroAmérica está en busca de un Chef de Cuisine excepcional para unirse a nuestra flota de cruceros de lujo. Responsabilidades

Como Chef de Cuisine en nuestra flota de cruceros, serás responsable de:

  • Supervisar menús que ofrezcan una experiencia culinaria excepcional, utilizando ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad.
  • Gestionar el equipo de cocina, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y positivo, donde cada miembro del staff esté motivado y capacitado.
  • Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos, garantizando que las operaciones en cocina se realicen de manera eficiente y fluida.
  • Implementar y mantener altos estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, de acuerdo con las normativas y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Capacitar y mentorizar a otros cocineros y personal de la cocina, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional y habilidades culinarias.
  • Realizar pedidos y gestionar inventarios, asegurando que los suministros sean adecuados y de alta calidad para satisfacer las demandas de nuestros pasajeros.
Requisitos

Los candidatos deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Chef de Cuisine o Executive Chef.
  • Dominio de inglés avanzado, tanto hablado como escrito, para facilitar la comunicación fluida con el equipo internacional y los pasajeros.
  • Experiencia previa en hoteles, resorts o cruceros, con un fuerte enfoque en la cocina internacional.
  • Amplio conocimiento de diversas técnicas culinarias y tradiciones culinarias internacionales.
  • Habilidades demostradas en manejo de staff de cocina, con un enfoque en fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión.

Requisitos:
  • Experiencia laboral en Cocina como Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef de al menos 5 años en Hoteles, Resorts o Cruceros
  • Excelente capacidad de liderazgo, manejo de staff de Cocina
  • Inglés avanzado indispensable oral y escrito
  • Disponibilidad para laborar contratos de 4 a 6 meses abordo.
