Become part of this exciting opportunity and join our outstanding team Apply now as Operator BioConjugatesWhat You'll get:An agile career and a dynamic work cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompensation programs that recognize high performanceA 6-week training program for career changerWhat You'll Do:Independent operation of familiar parts of the production plant in accordance with specification documents (manufacturing protocols / operating instructions / work instructions / SOP)Safe and accurate execution of work in compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality requirementsResponsibility for cleanliness and order in the workplace as well as the assigned rooms and warehousesEvery operator in the Ibex operation is involved as an equal team member through active assistance in continuous improvement processesWhat we're looking for:Vocational training (EFZ) or Education in Chemical, Biology or Pharmaceutical technology or proven experienceMeticulous and documentation skillsCarrying out work with a high level of safety awarenessWillingness to work in shifts (4-shift operation) with flexibility in work schedulingProficient in German and/or EnglishKnowledge of DeltaV or MES, as well as experience in GMP, is an assetEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
