On behalf of one of our clients, a world leading multinational company based in Lausanne, we are currently looking for an experienced:

Field Service Technician - Mechanical Fitter

Your Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and commission carton cutting equipment and machinery at client sites in Switzerland and abroad.

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support both internally and at client locations.
• Train client personnel on safety, operation, and maintenance of our equipment and on the use of technical documentation.
• Collaborate and provide technical support to departments involved in product/machine development (Technical Support, R&D, Marketing, Demonstration, Training).

Your Profile

• Technical training::CFC as a mechanic, polymechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interest in operating industrial equipment, sharing knowledge, and acquiring new skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (150-200 days/year) to client sites, manufacturing sites, and subsidiaries.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Client-oriented with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
• Highly organized, autonomous, adaptable, and capable of managing stress effectively.
• Flexible, dynamic, and willing to work schedules adapted to client needs.
• Competency in MS-Office tools and a valid category B driver’s license.
