We are currently looking for a Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Systems Engineer with expertise in the aerospace industry to join our team.Your responsibilities will include: Lead systems engineering projects from concept to certification, managing cross-functional teams and schedules. Supporting investigations, design and modify electromechanical systems for aircraft applications. Coordinate technical and program aspects with external suppliers. Define and support ground/flight test requirements. Ensure compliance with FAR/EASA-CS 23 certification standards. Oversee vendor-led development projects, ensuring technical alignment and milestone delivery. Join us in a stimulating team environment where innovative ideas thriveREQUISITOS MÍNIMOSThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering. at least 5+ years in aerospace electromechanical systems development and certification. Expertise in actuator/motor control electronics and complex hardware design. Experience with RTCA DO-254 and airborne electronic hardware certification. Familiarity with CS/FAR Part 23, DO-160, DO-178C, ARP4754A, ARP4761. Strong project and supplier management skills. Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Co-operative personality with a proactive attitude. Excellent team player with strong communication skills. Professional level of English is essential; knowledge of German is appreciated. Eligible to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA Citizenship or valid Swiss work permit).
