Als Product Specialist sind sie zudem fachliche Ansprechperson für Kunden und Interessenten.Das Arbeitsmodell für diese Stelle ist hybrid. #LI-Hybrid.Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:Technische Kundenberatung & Projektbegleitung: Beratung von Kunden und Interessenten, Auslegung von Antriebssystemen, technische Klärungen, Angebotserstellung und Projektverfolgung bis zum Abschluss.Verkaufsunterstützung & Strategie: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufsaussendienst, Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktivitäten, Mitwirkung an regionalen Verkaufsstrategien und Marktaktionen.Produktmanagement: Marktsegmentierung, Preisstrategie, Einführung neuer Produkte, Sammeln von Markt- und Kundenanforderungen, Abstimmung mit internationalen Einheiten sowie Eskalationsmanagement.Daten- & Wissensmanagement sowie Schulungen: Pflege von Stammdaten in IT-Systemen, Durchführung von Schulungen für Kunden und Mitarbeitende, Bereitstellung von Dokumenten, Tools und Informationen.Ihr ProfilAbgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik (HF, FH/Uni). Alternativ: Technikerabschluss oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.Grundkenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft (z. B. Produktmanagement, Marketing).Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ERP-Systeme wie Salesforce, idealerweise SAP).Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Französisch von grossem Vorteil)Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Elektromotoren, Antriebstechnik und relevanten Normen (z. B. IEC, ISO), sowie Verständnis für Produktlebenszyklen, Fertigungsprozesse und Qualitätsstandards.Kenntnisse in Pricing, Margenoptimierung und Business Cases. Fähigkeit, Umsatzpotenziale zu identifizieren und Profitabilität sicherzustellenErfahrung in der Einführung neuer Produkte (Go-to-Market-Strategien). Fähigkeit, Roadmaps zu erstellen und interdisziplinäre Teams zu koordinieren.Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten.
