  • Übernimm bei KPMG Law die Verantwortung im Datenschutz- und Technologierecht und bearbeite eigenständig damit verbundene Mandate und Rechtsfragen: (i) Vertragsprüfung/-gestaltung (z.B. Lizenzverträge, F&E-Verträge, SaaS-Verträge), (ii) Unterstützung bei Legal Due Diligence-Prozessen, (iii) Beratung zu datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen (DSG, DSGVO) sowie branchenspezifischen Regulierungen (z.B. FINMA-Rundschreiben), (iv) Beurteilung der Compliance neuer Technologien
  • Arbeite in multidisziplinären Teams und übernimm sowohl unterstützende als auch leitende Rollen in Grossprojekten wie M&A-Transaktionen und Datenschutz-Audits
  • Wirk bei der operativen Transformation von KPMG Law mit: Optimiere interne Prozesse, Führe Legal Tech-Lösungen ein und bewerte sie, Unterstütze in der Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit neuen Technologien
  • Gestalte den Marktauftritt und das Dienstleistungsportfolio von KPMG Law aktiv mit, indem du das Dienstleistungsangebot weiterentwickelst, bei der Mitgestaltung von Kundenveranstaltungen unterstützt und zur strategischen Anpassung der Mandatsstruktur für eine nachhaltige Marktpositionierung beiträgst
  • Fördere den Wissenstransfer und leiste Fachbeiträge, indem du praxisorientierte Fachartikel verfasst und Vorträge zu aktuellen Themen hältst
Deshalb bist du erfolgreich
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Master of Law); Zusatzausbildungen von Vorteil (bspw. MBA, LL.M., CIPP/E, CIPP/M oder CAS Legal Tech)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse/Erfahrung IP-Recht von Vorteil
  • Proaktive, selbständige, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Verantwortung und direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für praxis- und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten in einem anspruchsvollen, internationalen und interdisziplinären Umfeld
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen, ausgeprägtes Interesse an Technologien und deren Anwendung im juristischen Bereich
