Unterstützung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung des versicherungstechnischen Portfoliomanagements für das Nichtleben Geschäft der Helvetia Gruppe Operative Begleitung und Unterstützung der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Portfoliomanagement Prozessen in den Ländermärkten Bereitstellung von Fachwissen und Beratung in Bezug auf Struktur, Methodik sowie quantitative und qualitative Dimensionen des versicherungstechnischen Portfoliomanagements Identifikation von Stärken, Schwächen, Chancen und Risiken der Portfolien in den Ländermärkten und Initiierung von entsprechenden Massnahmen Unterstützung bei der Führung und Koordination von Prozessen zwischen den Ländermärkten und der Gruppe rund um Portfolio Management Gefässe Bewirtschaftung der Schnittstellen zu den Fachstellen des Konzerns sowie zu den Ländermärkten (i.W. Underwriting, Pricing, Reserving und Claims) Teil eines international arbeitenden Teams

Deine Qualifikation

Langjährige Erfahrung im versicherungstechnischen Portfoliomanagement z.B. in Underwriting- und/oder Portfoliomanagement- / aktuariellen Funktionen im Erst-/ Rückversicherungsgeschäft (P&C) Leistungsausweis in Bezug auf Rentabilitätssteuerung und Portfoliomanagement von Versicherungsportfolien über den gesamten Versicherungszyklus hinweg Reflektierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit mehrdimensionalem, kontextbezogenem Erfolgsverständnis Gewandt in der stufengerechten, länderübergreifenden Beziehungspflege International mobil (Reistätigkeit in Europa) 30% Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch (Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil)
