Position Summary Join us for a hands-on 6‑month internship where you will help drive efficiency and insight within our aftermarket operations. This role blends data handling, tool development, and team collaboration to support internal processes and decision-making. This internship offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi-cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence. Your Role: Data Export, Cleaning & Analysis: Extract and prepare operational data from aftermarket services to derive meaningful insights and inform strategic actions. Reporting & Visualization: Build reports and compelling visualizations (graphs, dashboards) to highlight trends and improvement opportunities in MRO operations. Tool Enhancement & Automation: Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel VBA to create, refine, and automate tools that streamline team workflows and increase productivity. Work closely with team members to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and tailor tools and analyses to meet those needs. Engage in a dynamic mix of data work, tool development, and cross-functional collaboration to help make processes smoother and more efficient. Your Profile: Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related field such as Business systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, VBA experience is highly desirable Familiarity or interest in working with Salesforce and SharePoint Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to solve problems Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team What we offer you: Mentorship - Work alongside experienced professionals who will guide and support your development.
