Job Description We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our Corporate Actions team focused on Funds assets. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic environment and lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the highest standards in the management of corporate actions and coupons. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of 3 members within the Corporate Actions team (Funds activity). Manage the treatment and analysis of corporate action events received via SWIFT, paper, and Telekurs, with a specialist focus on Funds. Deliver timely and accurate corporate actions notifications to Client Relationship Officers (CROs). Perform cash and stock reconciliation for all corporate action files. Process instructions on voluntary events, forwarding CRO instructions to custodians. Book and record all corporate actions appropriately in the system. Follow up on all corporate actions related issues, including queries from CROs and custodians. Handle administrative tasks and daily controls to ensure process integrity and compliance. Skills & Experience: Confirmed experience (3-5 years) in Corporate Actions, ideally with a focus on Funds. Proven management and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a heavy workload when required. Highly motivated, efficient, and conscientious with a strong sense of autonomy. Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Fluent in both French and English. Familiarity with the Core Banking system Temenos Globus is a strong advantage.
