Dans le cadre de notre stratégie d’entreprise « Together We Care », notre objectif ultime est d’améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes qui nous font confiance.TÂCHES PRINCIPALES Vous pilotez l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, de l’identification du besoin jusqu’à l’intégration des nouveaux talents. En étroite collaboration avec les responsables hiérarchiques, vous recrutez des spécialistes pour divers départements en vous appuyant sur un large éventail d’outils et de méthodes de sourcing. Vous conseillez et accompagnez les cadres sur les questions stratégiques liées au recrutement et à l’acquisition de talents. Organisé·e et rigoureux·se, vous assumez la coordination administrative du processus de recrutement, de la publication des annonces à la finalisation des engagements. Vous prenez en charge des projets ou participez à des groupes de travail visant à développer les pratiques de recrutement et à améliorer l’expérience candidat. VOTRE PROFIL Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation commerciale ou d’études supérieures, complétées par une spécialisation en ressources humaines. Votre expérience confirmée en recrutement vous permet de contribuer activement à l’évolution de nos stratégies d’acquisition de talents. Communicatif·ve, proactif·ve et motivé·e, vous savez garder une vision d’ensemble dans les périodes intenses et établir les priorités adéquates. Vous vous distinguez par votre empathie, votre capacité à convaincre et votre sens du service. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et de l'allemand. Une connaissance du domaine médical ou du système de santé suisse constitue un atout.
