At Intellect, you’ll find a supportive community focused on enhancing lives and helping clients overcome personal challenges.What You'll DoProvide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clientsAddress a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and morePartner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs RequirementsQualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical PsychologyExpertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degreeExperience: with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings Languages: Proficiency in English and German or French or Italian Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial rolesFlexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plusIf you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
