Join one of Europe's leading independent digital agencies As Co-Head of Performance Marketing, you'll shape the strategic direction of our Performance Marketing Unit alongside our second Co-Head and in collaboration with the Director of Performance Marketing. You'll bring your vision, passion, and energy to lead and inspire a dynamic team of around 70 employees, driving the continued growth and success of our service unit. Your responsibilities will include... ...The operational, personnel and financial responsibility, the strategic development of the unit in the areas of Performance Marketing as well as leading your team of team managers and subject-matter experts. You think entrepreneurially and follow the latest trends and innovations - with a view to further optimizing the unit setup, expanding the service offering and analyzing and identifying interesting opportunities in cooperation with various stakeholders and external partners. Additionally, you represent the unit and the topic of Performance Marketing externally at conferences and industry events. Together with your team managers, you constantly improve and optimize processes and working methods with a view to achieving the highest service quality for our clients and at the same time keeping in mind the effectiveness and wellbeing of our employees. You manage cross-unit projects in interdisciplinary teams and ensure cross-functional collaboration. Lastly, you will support and liaise with team managers on people-related topics, development opportunities and HR-related issues. You... have 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, familiar with tools and ad managers such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Meta as well as know other disciplines like SEO, Programmatic Advertising, and Email Marketing have leadership experience, having led teams or managed large client projects, particularly in retail and e-commerce, and understand their specific challenges are familiar with other Performance Marketing disciplines and are confident in client interactions, with strong negotiating skills in complex contractual discussions act in an entrepreneurial manner, are decisive, and can comprehend complex situations to derive relevant strategies hold a degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field, and are fluent in both German and English We... have been recognized as a Kununu Top Employer.
