The mission of the Ipsos Client Organization (CO) is to deliver greater value for our clients and profitable growth for Ipsos. The CO is comprised of senior executives from across the industry who are focused on building long-term client relationships by understanding their business context and priorities, and then identifying and penetrating the relevant buying points for Ipsos' broad portfolio of services that address these needs. Key Responsibilities: Ensure client relationship excellence, and drive growth and value creation for a given portfolio of 1.3 top tier clients (Align with the Chief Client Director if the client is also managed at a global level). Collaborate with Ipsos teams to bring to existing and new clients the best of Ipsos and be the "Voice of the Client" among Ipsos teams. Unlock business opportunities with new and lapsed clients by leveraging industry/sector connections, working conferences, leveraging social media, and understanding prospect business issues. Overall Accountability for: Achieving revenue targets with current clients of a given portfolio, including identifying more contacts and promoting more business questions. Achieving revenue targets with prospect and lapsed clients. Building, coordinating, and managing account plans while ensuring Service Lines collaboration. Professional Experience: Minimum 12 years' experience including: Client relationship management, preferably including large international clients. Multi-stakeholder relationship management (including indirect or direct management). Proven revenue generation experience (the position is about generating and winning new opportunities, not about doing). Knowledge and Technical Skills: Detailed understanding of Market Research main solutions (ideally Ipsos Services) to enable opportunity identification so that clients/prospects feel immediate confidence that they are speaking with a senior and knowledgeable Ipsos representative. New Business Sales Experience: has a track record of developing business with existing clients and has proven success in new client acquisition. Advisory/strategic thinking: ability to elevate discussions at a business and decisions level. Strong relevant network: is connected to a range of clients in the industry, with relationships that can be leveraged. Social media savviness: both to assure that they are seen as senior industry experts and to reflect Ipsos stature and offerings. Behaviours and Soft Skills: Positive energy: "attitude is everything."
