Du übernimmst die Führung und Motivation des Product Management Teams von 6 Mitarbeitenden  Du förderst die Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -performance des Teams  Du vertrittst den Bereich Private Label in den Innovationsmeetings mit unseren Kunden und trägst dabei wesentlich zur Weiterentwicklung der Category im Bereich Private Label bei  Du leitest Projekte im Bereich Product Management über die unterschiedlichsten Standorte hinweg und erzielst dabei das bestmöglichste Ergebnis für uns und unsere Kunden  Du betreust die Produkte unserer Grosskunden in der Planung und Umsetzung von Anpassungen und Neuerungen für die Schweiz und den Export (zbsp. Machbarkeitsabklärungen, Verkaufspreisempfehlung, Verpackungsgestaltung, u.v.m.) Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung der Head Marketing Cheese in unterschiedlichen Gremien bei deren Abwesenheit

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche  Du konntest bereits kleinere Teams führen und weiterentwickeln  Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Lebensmitteltechnologie  Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch und Englisch, mit zusätzlichen Französischkenntnissen kannst du punkten
