Internal Auditor PE Fund Investments

Aufgaben

Delivering risk-based audits for Private Market funds, including Operations, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, etc. and advising line managers / Planning, conducting or supervising investment product or functional audits addressing key risks as well as project lead for special projects e.g. developing data science in the audit / Making recommendations to improve efficiency and quality in the company's processes and internal control system / Monitoring audit recommendations until the suggested optimizations are implemented / Preparing audit reports and presenting the findings to the Head of Internal Audit / Collaboration in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of audits / Cooperation in the improvement of the audit methodology / Encouraging cross departmental cooperation and fostering the management of the stakeholder relationships across the 1st and 2nd lines of defense / Ad hoc projects arising from the situation.

Qualifikation

Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Audit or Business Administration / CPA, ACCA, CIA / Knowledge of the fund industry as an internal or external auditor in the asset management and its investment products and familiar with financial or process audits / Knowledge of data analysis tools/ Interested in providing solutions to findings detected / Strong analytical personality with communication skills / Ability to write concise reports / Able to work independently and willing to take initiative and assume responsibility / Flexible and open-minded / IT flair and knowledge of MS Office / English and German.
