Position Responsibilities: Review and validate New issue requests, communicate inquiries and additional information to RGO.Coordinate data traffic of policy information within the external vendors, Regional Group Offices representatives, analysts and underwritersCollaborate with other Manulife teams to complete set-up requestInitiate billing, publications and ID printing and coordinates mailing instructions to courierPerform quality assurance to ensure set-up accuracyActivates policy profile for the use in claims, underwriting, sales and billingRequired Qualifications: Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment.Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications: Commitment to high level of quality and customer serviceAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDemonstrates initiative and accountabilityAbility to handle stress and work in a high-pressured environmentAbility to organize and prioritize workMust be able to work on the night shiftWe’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
