Aufgaben
  • Überwachung und Koordination des Warenflusses vom Eingang der Rohstoffe über die Produktion bis zur Auslieferung der Fertigprodukte an den Kunden (Fulfillment).
  • Sicherstellen unserer 100% Versandquote der Pakete bis Bestellschluss um 19:20 (Arbeit in der Abendschicht, 10:45-19:45).
  • Führung und Motivation des Logistikteams zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele (4 FTE in der Logistik und 15 FTE im Fulfillment).
  • Hiring von Logistik- und Fulfillment Mitarbeiter.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um eine reibungslose Integration der Logistik in die Gesamtgeschäftsprozesse zu gewährleisten.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistikleitung, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder E-Commerce-Branche
  • Exzellente Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und in der Prozessoptimierung
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu führen
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
