Trade Compliance Business Intelligence Manager – Classification and Controlled Substances

Job DescriptionAs the Trade Compliance Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead our global team ensuring Syngenta Group's agricultural products move seamlessly across international borders while driving systems and process improvements. You'll manage product classification for customs (Harmonized System codes) and controlled substances compliance, working with governments, supply chain teams, and regulatory authorities worldwide. This strategic role combines technical chemistry knowledge with trade law expertise to protect Syngenta's ability to operate globally.Responsibilities include:Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team through high standard and support methodologyGuide team to identify potential risks and control gaps; develop mitigating strategies to minimize riskLead and advise on Harmonized System Classification and Controlled Substances issues globally.
