You’ll foster a high-performance environment where frontend teams build delightful, reliable, and scalable travel experiences. By combining technical leadership with a product-oriented mindset, you will enable engineers to deliver user-facing features that have real business impact.Your TasksLead and develop distributed frontend engineering teams through coaching, mentorship, and career growthCollaborate closely with Product and Design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of user-facing featuresContinuously improve engineering processes to enhance speed, quality, and team productivityDrive alignment across product, design, and engineering to deliver cohesive customer experiencesDefine and monitor engineering impact through measurable KPIs linked to business outcomesPromote a culture of ownership, inclusion, excellence, and continuous feedbackDefine and uphold service-level objectives (SLOs) for frontend reliability and performancePlan team capacity, drive hiring, and scale the team to meet product roadmap needsWhat you bring Solid background in engineering, ideally with deep experience in frontend technologies and platformsProven track record in engineering leadership roles, including team management and organizational developmentStrong product mindset and ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutionsExperience leading distributed teams across different locations or time zonesOperational awareness with a focus on delivery predictability and system reliabilityEmpathetic and outcome-driven leadership style, focused on enabling others to succeedExcellent communication and collaboration skills across functional and organizational boundariesOur “All Inclusive Package” for you Workation & Flexibility 20 days of workation within the EU – work where others go on vacation 60/40 hybrid model: two office days for collaboration & team spirit, three days remote Flexible working hours – early bird or night owl?
