  • Koordination, Kommunikation sowie Massnahmenumsetzung bezüglich Problemlösung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und interdisziplinären 8D Teams
  • Erarbeitung von Massnahmen zur Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung sowie Überwachung der Umsetzung dieser Massanahmen
  • Überwachung des Lieferantenmanagements in Bezug auf die angelieferten Waren
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems für Medizinprodukte
  • Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
  • Schulen und befähigen von Mitarbeitenden in Bezug auf Qualität

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Hochschulabschluss Mikroelektronik, Physik, Materialwissenschaften oder in einem verwandten Ingenieursbereich (FH/ETH/MSc/BSc)
  • Quality Engineer: 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, Fertigung von Medizinprodukten und Anwendung regulatorischer Vorgaben (ISO 13485, MDR/FDA)
  • Anwenden der gängigen Methoden zur Qualitätssicherung (FMEA/8D/SPC)
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, um auch komplexe Sachverhalte klar und einfach vermitteln zu können
  • Team player, hands-on, präzise Arbeitsweise, pragmatische Fehleranalyse und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Auditerfahrung von Vorteil
  • Deutsch -sowie Englischkenntnisse (B2 oder höher)
