  • You are jointly responsible in a team ofspecialists for customer and data topics, coordinating and advisingon CX and Data projects in Logistics Services, as well asspecialist management for selected applications/specialisttopics.
  • You maintain an aggregated view of theunit's CX and Data projects and, together with specialists,you identify untapped synergy potential and opportunities forimplementing the CX and Data strategy.
  • Youdevelop options for action and proposed solutions and prepare topmanagement decisions.
  • You take on (sub-)projectmanagement or actively contribute to cross-team and cross-unitprojects.
  • You identify consulting and supportneeds within the unit, analyse requests, refer them to theappropriate contacts and coordinate the procurement of externalservices.
  • You manage our team'sportfolio, support the prioritization/planning of projects andcontribute to budget planning.
  • If interested,you can mentor an apprentice (digital business developer) as avocational trainer.
    • You have a higher educationqualification (higher technical school, university of appliedsciences, university, federal institute of technology) or you areundergoing advanced training while working, ideally in businessinformatics, business administration, customer experiencemanagement or a related area.
    • You have severalyears of professional experience and are used to working in agileand/or matrix organizations. You are familiar with all stages of aproject and you ideally have experience in project management andmanaging a portfolio of orders or projects.
    • Youhave already gained experience in optimizing and developingcustomer experience, business processes or dataflows.
    • You work in a structured manner,identify synergies and come up with creative, pragmatic solutionsto complex issues. You can communicate your ideas clearly andconvincingly, including at managementlevel.
    • You act in an entrepreneurial manner,always keeping costs and impact in mind, setting priorities anddeveloping pragmatic solutions that can be developed step by stepin line with market dynamics.
    • You navigateconfidently between specialist units, IT and external partners, andyou enjoy cultivating your network.
    • You have avery good written and spoken command of German. Knowledge ofanother national language and English is aplus.
