Was dich erwartet

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Wartung von Skripten und Tools, um wiederkehrende Prozesse zu automatisieren. Dabei identifizierst du Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Abläufen und Prozessen und setzt Verbesserungen um. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt deiner Arbeit ist die Automatisierung und Verwaltung von IT-Infrastrukturen. Darüber hinaus, unterstützt bei der Fehlerbehebung sowie der Analyse automatisierter Prozesse und Workflows.So packst du bei uns mit an: Du arbeitest eng mit Entwickler:innen und Betriebsteams zusammen, um Anforderungen für Automatisierungslösungen zu definieren und umzusetzen. Du bist zuständig für das Sicherstellen von Skalierbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit, indem du Lösungen designst und umsetzt, die den Betrieb auch bei wachsendem Datenaufkommen oder einer steigenden Zahl von Benutzer gewährleisten. Du programmierst und wartest Skripte in Sprachen wie Bash und Powershell. Du arbeitest mit modernen Cloud-Services sowie Container-Plattformen (OpenShift) und bist für die Verwaltung und Automatisierung von Containern und Workloads verantwortlich. Du unterstützt bei der Automatisierung von Batch-Prozessen für interne und externe Kundinnen und Kunden, sowie bei der Optimierung und Überwachung zentraler Batch-Job-Workflows. Mit deinem innovativen, unternehmerischen und kundenorientierten Denken trägst du gezielt dazu bei, bestmögliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen.Deine Qualifikationen: abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mehrjährige Erfahrung als DevOps oder Workload Engineer praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Automatisierung und zentraler Batchverarbeitung, idealerweise mit dem Produkt Streamworks sehr gute Kenntnisse in Scripting-Sprachen wie Powershell, Python und idealerweise Bash fundiertes Wissen in Linux- und Windows-Umgebungen, Kenntnisse in OpenShift sind ein Plus sehr gutes Deutsch und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
