La division Technology & Operations assure la conception et l'intégration d'une grande diversité de solutions informatiques allant des systèmes de gestion de portefeuille aux plateformes de trading en passant par les applications bancaires et les outils de gestion d'entreprise. A l'origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, la division est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d'administration de fonds.
En rejoignant l'équipe PTS Trade Processing , vous serez amené/e à traiter les opérations portant sur des produits standards (actions, obligations et produits structurés) effectuées par la division Pictet Trading & Sales, les gérants internes et externes ainsi que l'entité de gestion institutionnelle Pictet Asset Management (PAM), dans un environnement multisites.
Votre rôle
Comptabiliser les opérations contre paiement, pour la clientèle sur les différents marchés. Contrôler les différents registres des ordres liés à l'activité, en gérant avec proactivité les suspens. Assurer l'interface avec les autres services et départements de la Banque. Connaître tous les flux ainsi que les systèmes bancaires liés à l'activité (Avaloq, AMH, CTM, etc.). Mettre en place ou paramétrer des flux (ex-custody, brokers, etc.). Assurer le suivi des opérations de règlement et «Failed Trade», suivi adapté à chaque marché afin d'éviter tout impact financier ou règlementaire. Traiter les incidents et les extournes liés à notre activité avec un regard critique afin d'apporter des solutions adaptées minimisant les risques opérationnels. Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les autres services et départements de la Banque, tout en apportant des solutions appropriées aux demandes. Comprendre la chaîne de valeur front to back. Mener des efforts d'amélioration continue, tout en limitant les risques opérationnels tout au long du processus.Votre profil
CFC de commerce/banque ou titre jugé équivalent. Expérience de 3 ans au minimum dans le domaine bancaire (à un poste similaire: un atout). Connaissance du domaine du règlement et des marchés. Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement multisites (Genève, Luxembourg et autres sociétés du groupe Pictet à l'étranger). Excellente capacité à organiser les priorités et à gérer les situations critiques. Expérience dans la gestion de projet, un plus. Connaissance approfondie des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc). Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral). Domicile en Suisse requis.Motivé/e et sachant respecter les délais, vous appréciez la complexité et savez vous adapter avec aisance, ainsi qu'apprendre en permanence. Méthodique et rigoureux/se dans le contrôle, la résolution des problèmes et le respect des procédures, vous saurez travailler de manière indépendante tout en assurant le partage d'informations au sein de l'équipe. Vous assumerez vos tâches avec sérieux et précision. Vos facultés d'adaptation et votre flexibilité face au changement, ainsi qu'aux horaires liés aux permanences, seront tout aussi appréciées que votre esprit d'équipe et votre volonté d'assurer la satisfaction de nos clients.
