Do you have technical experience in the energy sector? .....

This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management.

ALSO is a European distributor of green energy inc. inverters and energy storage systems and now we strengthen our local Nordic solar energy team with experienced technical pre-sales/aftersales person to support our customers.

Main tasks

In this position you work independently, within a small but driven team, mainly for the Nordic region. An important part of the position is to provide technical advice and support our resellers, installers and their end users in the field of solar energy inverters and energy storage (batteries) from the Huawei portfolio that we offer.

Provide technical support and advice on sustainable energy solutions in the field of solar inverters and battery storage to sales colleagues within the ALSO Nordics. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may rise. Be technical point of contact and advisor for our resellers, installers, and their end customers. Stay up to date on relevant market trends and the latest products. Participate in events, fairs, roadshows, business meetings and keep trainings and certification workshops. Do necessary technical pre-sales and after-sales technical certifications which required by vendors.

Your profile

Completed education in Electrical Engineering. You have several years of technical work experience in the energy sector (for example as an installer of Solar Energy & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). You have some knowledge of the energy sector (solar energy and energy storage) and would like to delve deeper into this. You have a commercial mindset, and you are excellent at building relationships. You speak English at a professional level and preferable one or more Nordic language. You have a positive mindset and a desire to learn. You can work independently but recognize the benefits of collaboration. You should expect some travelling to supporting our Nordic customers. You are locating preferable either in Sweden or Denmark, but Norway and Finland are also considerable.
