Responsabilités : La collaboration avec notre Community Manager Travailler étroitement avec notre Community Manager pour élaborer des idées de contenus cohérents, adaptés à l'univers de la rencontre en ligne. Proposer et expérimenter de nouveaux formats et concepts créatifs pour dynamiser notre communication en ligne. Aider à la conception de vidéos attractives et de haute qualité pour valoriser l'application. L'optimisation de nos contenus sur nos réseaux sociaux Créer des postes Instagram design et visuellement attractifs, le plus souvent possible avec des éléments de 3D, en accord avec l'identité de la marque. La création de notre contenu publicitaire Participer à la création de contenus marketing attrayants à destination de l'équipe Ads pour promouvoir l'application. L'élaboration d'écrans UX/UI Concevoir les écrans UX/UI nécessaires à la sortie de nouvelles fonctionnalités lors des mises à jour de l'application. Profil recherché : Formation et expérience : Diplôme en audiovisuel, communication, design graphique, multimédia ou dans un domaine similaire. Expérience significative dans la production de contenus créatifs, idéalement dans un environnement digital ou mobile. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise d'outils 3D pour créer des contenus dynamiques incluant du motion design. Compétences en design UX/UI et excellente maîtrise de Figma. À l'aise avec des outils de gestion de projet et de collaboration (Slack et Linear). Qualités personnelles : Faire preuve de créativité, d'un grand sens du détail et d'un esthétisme marqué. Posséder un excellent esprit d'équipe et savoir collaborer étroitement avec le Community Manager et d'autres équipes internes. Forte sensibilité à l'inclusion, la diversité et l'univers LGBTQ+. Curiosité, proactivité et envie de contribuer à un projet en pleine évolution. Informations complémentaires : Contrat : 60 à 80% (possibilité d'évolution vers un 100%) Rémunération : selon profil et expérience. Lieu : Bureaux à Genève.
