We manage strategic relationships and deliver solutions across the full treasury spectrum, including lending, trade finance, FX, commodity trading, cash management, and risk management.In your role you will take ownership of client interactions, support origination and execution of complex transactions, and contribute to strategic business development. You will work closely with senior bankers and product partners, driving business opportunities and ensuring best-in-class client service.Responsibilities:Act as a point of contact for selected client relationships, including regular engagement with key client stakeholders. Together with your Senior Banker engage with Treasurers, CFOs, and business owners.Drive origination efforts across treasury products: (Structured) Trade Finance & Lending, Cash Management, Liquidity Solutions, Risk Management Solutions, and Debt Capital Markets.Prepare credit memos, financial models, and risk assessments for commodity trading clients.Coordinate with product teams globally to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless execution.Monitor portfolio performance and industry news flow, manage credit processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Support strategic planning and market analysis for the coverage portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.Skills and Experience:2 - 3 years of experience in MNC corporate banking, commodity traders coverage, or natural resource finance.Strong understanding of trade finance, credit risk, and structured lending.Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead discussions independently.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or similar qualification is a plus.Fluent in English; German and/or French is an advantage.Ability to navigate a complex organization and work collaboratively across teams.Well-being:Emotionally and mentally balancedWe support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.Physically thrivingWe support you managing your physical health by taking appropriate preventive measures and providing a workplace that helps you thrive.Socially connectedWe strongly believe in collaboration, inclusion and feeling connected to open up new perspectives and strengthen our self-confidence and wellbeing.Financially secureWe support you to meet personal financial goals during your active career and for the future.Our cultural aspiration is to be ‘empowered to excel together every day’.
