Responsibilities: Accounting Tasks: Ensure accurate accounting for the group's parent companies and timely recording of financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP (OR) and IFRS. Collaboration with Legal Team: Support property insurance management, including contracts, claims, risk assessment, budgeting, and cost control. Group Fleet Management: procurement, maintenance, insurance, cost control, reporting, and compliance. Expense Management Oversight: expense processing, receipt retention, audits, approvals, and adherence to guidelines. Training and development of finance trainees. Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in finance-related projects. Deputy Tasks: Serve as backup for VAT reporting (CH, DE, NL) and as a substitute for the Financial Specialist. Qualifications: Accounting qualification (Swiss certification or equivalent). 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting (closing processes). Strong knowledge of SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP SD. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and IT-savvy. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Strong social skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
