Wir suchen einen Senior Project Manager - Medical Devices (m/w/d) - Grossraum Basel

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

Als Senior Project Manager Medical Devices bist Du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten und übernimmst unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Projektdefinition: Erstellung des Projektcharters und klare Definition des Projektumfangs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Device Development Leader, inklusive Annahmen, Einschränkungen und Anforderungen.
  • Lieferobjekte & Planung: Detaillierte Planung der Projektziele, Anforderungen sowie Ressourcen- und Budgetabschätzung.
  • Projektintegration: Erstellung einer umfassenden Dokumentationsstruktur, um eine nahtlose Integration in das gesamte Projektportfolio sicherzustellen.
  • Change Management: Proaktives Management von Projektumfangsänderungen und Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Terminmanagement: Entwicklung und Pflege des Projektzeitplans, Überwachung des Fortschritts.
  • Budgetverwaltung: Planung und Überwachung des Projektbudgets in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Gremien und dem Technical Development Team.
  • Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Sicherstellung einer transparenten und effektiven Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, regelmäßige Statusberichte und Erwartungsmanagement.
  • Risikomanagement: Identifikation, Überwachung und Minderung von Projektrisiken.
  • Ressourcenmanagement: Koordination und Zuteilung von Personal- und Materialressourcen in Abstimmung mit dem Device Development Leader.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung, dass alle Projektliefergegenstände den regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen.

Must-Haves:

  • Mindestens 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik-, Pharma- oder Biopharmaindustrie, idealerweise in einem globalen Unternehmen. (*********)
  • Erfahrung mit Kombinationsprodukten (Arzneimittel-Medizinprodukte) von Vorteil.
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit PMP-Zertifizierung oder einer gleichwertigen Qualifikation. (*********)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in Planung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Projekten. (*********)
  • Führungserfahrung und stark ausgeprägte Teammanagement-Fähigkeiten.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Software (z. B. MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello). (*********)
  • Fundiertes Wissen in Projektmanagement-Methoden (z. B. Agile, Wasserfall).
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern und Prioritäten effizient zu setzen.
  • Starke technische Basis in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Biotechnologie oder Life Sciences, relevant für die Medizingeräteentwicklung.
  • Verständnis für klinische, regulatorische und industrielle Anforderungen, um eine reibungslose Geräteentwicklung und Industrialisierung zu gewährleisten.
  • Erfahrung mit Design Control Anforderungen und der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in regulatorischen Vorgaben (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820), einschließlich FDA-Regularien, ISO-Standards und CE-Kennzeichnung.
  • Erfahrung im Risikomanagement, inklusive Identifikation und Minderung potenzieller Projektrisiken.
  • Fähigkeit zur Führung leistungsstarker Teams, die Innovation, Zusammenarbeit und Effizienz fördern.
