The PowerShell Programmer will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts to support Citrix environments and other IT infrastructure components necessary for the Electronic Workplace. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring system reliability, and supporting virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) through scripting and integration. The ideal candidate combines strong scripting capabilities with hands-on experience in Citrix technologies to streamline processes and improve service delivery.YOUR CHALLENGEDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks, system monitoring, and reportingSupport and optimize Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Studio, Director)Automate provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of Citrix components and user sessionsCollaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate automation into existing workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix performance, user access, and script executionDocument scripts, automation workflows, and operational proceduresParticipate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activitiesEnsure compliance with security and operational standards in all scripting and automation effortsYOUR PROFILEIndependent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of workingA high attention of quality management, operational resilience IT Security and risk managementAble to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasksRecognized analytical thinking skills,and good knowledge of the methods & new ways of working (Agile, DevOps & Continuous Integration, etc.)Good process management understanding, including IT change managementVery good knowledge of hardware engineering and operation, including IT Security, and technology and infrastructure architectureVery well acquaintance of service design and engineeringNetwork and Data base engineering and operation excellent knowledgeRelevant higher educational and professional background We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
