It is part of SCHOTT AG, which is owned by the Carl Zeiss Foundation.Your Contribution You develop pioneer processes and introduce state-of-the-art technologies to manufacture innovative primary and secondary packaging products and secure their intellectual propertyYou innovate while optimizing processing times, improving yield and reducing defectsYou are an expert in cleaning, coating, assembling, injection molding and/or packaging processes and technologiesYou execute complex innovation, customer specific and industrialization projects from the idea all the way to market launchYou are responsible to plan technical work packages and deliver them according to quality, delivery and cost targets, in alignment with your project managerYou know and understand production processes and their impact on the product functionalities and, vice versa, the impact of product designs on manufacturability and costYou have experience in a GMP regulated environmentYour Profile University degree in Life Science or Engineering ( pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering etc.)2+ years of working experience in process development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packagingKnowledge and experience with glass or polymer processes like cleaning, coating, assembling, injection molding and/or packaging processesKnowledge of equipment and process qualification and validation and related standards and regulations (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378)Knowledge of statistical data analysis and Six Sigma certificationFluent in English (written and spoken) and in German (written and spoken)Structured working style and ability to plan and prioritize technical activitiesCreativity and ability to think out of the box and generate intellectual propertyGood interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersYour Benefits SCHOTT’s openness to promote your further development is just as great as our additional benefits.
