Deine AufgabenAls Care Quality Manager liegt der Fokus auf der Sicherung, Weiterentwicklung und Kontrolle der Pflegequalität in mehreren Betrieben innerhalb der Region Bern. Fachliche Beratung und Begleitung der Pflegedienstleitungen, inklusive Planung und Durchführung des monatlichen Reportings Durchführung von Pflegefachaudits und internen Überprüfungen sowie Nachverfolgung der vereinbarten Massnahmen Entwicklung, Einführung und Evaluation pflegefachlicher Konzepte, Standards und Fachvorgaben Nutzung der Pflegekennzahlen zur Identifikation von Entwicklungspotenzialen und zur gezielten Qualitätsverbesserung Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflegeorganisation sowie Durchführung interner Schulungen Einarbeitung neuer Pflegedienstleitungen und aktive Mitgestaltung der überregionalen PDL-Meetings Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und fachlicher Standards sowie bei der Vorbereitung auf externe Überprüfungen Das bringst Du mit Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF oder FH Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement oder Gesundheitsmanagement Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und fachliche Überzeugungskraft Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Bern Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office); Erfahrung mit CareCoach von Vorteil Was wir Dir bieten Eine verantwortungsvolle, vielseitige Tätigkeit mit Gestaltungsspielraum und Wirkung.
