Management of the team of assembly leaders (approx. 15 employees) Resource and budget planning Realizing the internal assembly and external installation of our isolators for customers worldwide Ensuring efficient, high-quality, cost-effective and timely project execution Continuous further development and improvement of internal processes Personal and professional development of employees Close exchange and cross-departmental collaboration with stakeholders Contributing to the strategy and future planning of the division Responsible for the safety of employeesHardskills
Completed basic technical training with further training as an industrial foreman or technician Several years of professional and management experience in an industrial environment Management with key performance indicators (KPI) Experience with lean management Business fluent in German and EnglishSoftskills
