Votre mission

En tant que Salesforce Business Consultant, vous travaillerez sous la supervision de consultants seniors et d’experts techniques pour implémenter des solutions Salesforce adaptées aux besoins de nos clients.

  • Assister à l’analyse des besoins et à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles pour des projets Salesforce.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et d'avant-vente pour la rédaction des offres.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour développer et tester des solutions répondant aux exigences des clients.
  • Contribuer à la documentation et aux rapports de projet.
  • Participer à des démonstrations de solutions et formations pour les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Assurer un suivi de la qualité et du respect des meilleures pratiques lors des différentes étapes du projet.

Vos qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en gestion d'entreprise, en systèmes d'information, ou domaine connexe.
  • Avoir un intérêt marqué pour Salesforce et ses possibilités d'application, avec une première expérience (stages ou projets académiques) dans l’utilisation de cette technologie ou d’une plateforme similaire.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec un goût pour la collaboration avec des clients et des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en sachant solliciter de l’aide et des conseils si nécessaire.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. L’allemand serait un plus
