We support your studies at EXPERTsuisse to become a Certified Public Accountant, offering professional, time, and financial support.Your contribution to KPMGConduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at client premises and within a flexible hybrid work environmentAnalyze and assess business processes and workflows for our national and international clients, gaining deep insights into the insurance industryDevelop your technical expertise by tackling complex topics, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principlesLeverage cutting-edge technology to perform “next generation audits,” enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of our audit processesCollaborate closely with experienced professionals to cultivate a positive team culture and a strong customer service mindset within the audit teamReceive comprehensive training and mentoring to fast-track your professional development, with opportunities for continuous learning and growthParticipate in cross-functional projects, expanding your knowledge beyond auditing and into broader aspects of the businessTake on increasing responsibilities as you grow, with clear pathways to advance your career within our global organizationThis is what makes you successfulBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field, or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services / Finance and AccountingFirst work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plusHighly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgmentsResilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needsEagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditingExcellent German and English skills are mandatory and advanced French skills will be a strong assetAre you interested?
