In this key role, you will ensure that our software and hardware development practices are aligned with aerospace standards and support agile, modern engineering methods.Project: Lead and optimize hardware and software development processes for complex airborne systems.Coach agile development teams and promote best practices across the organization.Ensure compliance with aerospace standards: SAE ARP 4754 / 4761, DO-178, and DO-254.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, document, and improve development workflows.Implement tools to boost efficiency and support modern development approaches (. continuous integration).Report directly to the Head of Software & Electronic Hardware Development.Profile:Degree in engineering or a related technical field; training in process management is a plus.7-10 years of experience in project and process management.Strong skills in process mapping and documentation.Reliable, structured, and resilient, with a proactive mindset.Experience in the aviation industry is an asset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English.Only applications from Swiss and EU citizens will be considered / Our positions are accessible for people with disabilities / Telecommuting (Home Office) possible.
