This is your chance to drive system quality to the next level and inspire a team with your expertise and commitment to excellence.How you'll make an impact Ensure verification and validation activities for Substation Automation Systems at the system integration levelSupport SVC operations with expert knowledge in Substation Automation and IEC 61850Collaborate with R&D and other business units, offering technical expertiseDesign, execute, and report on test activities in an incremental approach, ensuring on-time deliveryDefine system-level test concepts and specifications in collaboration with global teams and product managementAlign test strategies and processes with global verification and validation principlesCreate high-quality guidelines and concepts to support worldwide system integration projectsEnhance existing testing techniques and processes within our automation and communication verification and validation organizationYour background Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or technical diploma (TS/HF)Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, testing, or commissioning of substation automation systems with IEC 61850Solid knowledge of testing approaches and processes focused on system integration (ISTQB Foundation Level certification preferred)Ability to work independently on complex configuration and testing tasksStrong team player who can coordinate activities effectively in the test centerExcellent writing and communication skills to represent SVC professionallyFluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is an advantageCandidates should preferably hold a Swiss work permit and have availability to travel if requiredMore about usOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
