This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from project coordination and financial oversight to process governance and internal communications.YOUR CHALLENGEManage day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the business unitLead and/or support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projectsPrepare presentations, concepts, and white papers for internal and external stakeholdersConduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-makingOversee financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit and its projectsOwn and govern business unit-specific processes to ensure operational efficiencyOrganise and execute internal events and communications (e.g. offsites, town halls)YOUR PROFILE3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven experience in project management and cross-functional collaborationExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAgile mindset with a structured and proactive approach to workAbility to manage multiple tasks under pressureProficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelRelevant higher education and professional backgroundWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
