Join our Transformation Management team in Zurich.We are seeking purpose-driven professionals who are experienced in driving organizational change to deliver world class customer experience and competitive market value enabled by digital technologies.Organizational Transformation Consultant (m/f)Your responsibilities· Working in international, large scale business transformation programs for our clients and be a strong part of the project team, ensuring successful client delivery · Bring in your Organizational Transformation methodology expertise to our client assignments and guide client stakeholder on their change journey by developing and implementing change strategies and plans, conducting change impact and change readiness assessments, managing client stakeholders, planning and executing communication and organizing training· Work as part of the Talent & Organization team and contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets· Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational TransformationYour qualifications· Higher education degree, e.g. in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or other· At least 5+ years of relevant and recent consulting experience is mandatory· Solid background in organizational effectiveness, design and change management methodologies· Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation· Proactive, high energy, motivated and driving personality· Willingness to travel and an excellent command of both German and English, additional language skills in French and/or Spanish are highly desirableWe offer you a great opportunity within a dynamically growing consultancy.
