Finde in wenigen Sekunden heraus wie gut dein Lebenslauf zu diesem Job passt.EinführungAre you creative, organized and curious, with a strong interest in marketing and customer communication?Do you want to work on impactful Direct Marketing communications in a dynamic environment, close to Marketing, Communication and Data teams?Join us for a 12-month internship within the Customer Value & Analytics team, working directly with the Customer Engagement Manager.Über den JobYour missionYou will support the design, execution and optimization of Direct Marketing communications across the full campaign lifecycle.Content creation & productionWrite content for newsletters and SMSImprove and optimize existing customer communicationsCreate content for new customer engagement use casesCoordinate visual creation with Communication & Design teamsCoordinate with the translation team (FR/DE/IT/EN)Campaign execution & follow-upSet up newsletters (structure, modules, content) inSet up A/B tests and suggest optimizationsManage small marketing projects: contests, lead generation campaigns, etc.Monitor newsletter KPIs to improve communication impactInnovation & special projectsContribute to the continuous improvement of customer communicationsSupport the Direct Marketing communication planFollow trends in email marketing and customer engagement in the telecom industryWhat you bringYou have a Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Communication, Business or a similar fieldExcellent writing skills in French and English; German is a plusCreative mindset and a strong interest in marketing copywritingGood organizational skills and ease in coordinating tasks and stakeholdersInterest in CRM, customer engagement and Direct Marketing campaignsYou are Swiss or European (EU) citizenBonus: familiarity with a newsletter tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)What we offerA dynamic environment where you will learn a lot in a short timeDirect collaboration with the Customer Engagement Manager and marketing teamsReal responsibilities from day oneThe opportunity to build highly valued skills: marketing copywriting, newsletter execution, campaign management and optimization
