To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to join our team in St. Gallen and help shape the future of legal services. Your Role Support with notarial matters: You will help prepare, coordinate and follow through on notarial certifications, especially incorporations, capital increases and other corporate law processes Drive legal operations: You will take responsibility for handling and tracking corporate and trademark-related processes, from commercial register filings to trademark registrations Work directly with clients: You will stay in close contact with clients, ensure smooth operations and contribute your organizational skills proactively Collaborate across teams: You will work closely with legal experts across Switzerland as well as colleagues in Germany and the US Contribute to legal tech projects: You will team up with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalize legal workflows Who You Are Completed or ongoing education as a paralegal, certified legal assistant, business lawyer (FH) or a similar qualification One to three years of professional experience in a legal environment, ideally with a focus on corporate law, notarial matters or trademark law Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently Interest in startups, tech and innovative legal services Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
