ROLE

: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation Develop and implement strategies to assess and prioritize business opportunities Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new opportunities Manage the end-to-end process of turning selected opportunities into profitable businesses Build and maintain a broad network of contacts in key markets to leverage trust and drive business development Strengthen the company's strategic marketing and business development competencies Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities Monitor and report on the progress of new business initiatives and their impact on company performance

PROFILE:

University degree in a technical field and MBA (or equivalent); 6σ certification is a plus Proven experience 5-10 years in product development, B2B marketing and business development roles Curiosity, agility and comfort in exploring unknown areas Genuine interest in customers and what makes them successful Business and financial acumen Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and developing business cases
