If you're dedicated to delighting customers and promoting growth and innovation - we want you on our teamThe Role: Take part to the development and the maintenance of a deployed banking softwareWrite technical designs (conception, architecture, data model)Develop and maintain the platform (coding)Identify and resolve incidents.Delivering high quality, bug free softwareAssisting operations (incl. support, delivery, and pre-sales) with subject matter expertise when neededSolving customer issuesActively participating to all Agile/Kanban ceremoniesProviding a transparent reporting to the team, especially during daily stand-upsHelping other team members to achieve their commitmentsSharing knowledge, proposing, implementing improvements and new development tools What will make you successful: Working experience in software development.IT Master’s Degree or equivalent such as Engineering school, HES…High understanding of all phases of SDLC, experience in working with Agile methodology.High understanding of complex software (> 1.5 million lines of code).Strong/proven coding experience on backend technologies in C language and shell scriptHands-on experience with Linux and GitCoding experience in Java and JEEExperience with ant would be an advantageExperience with SQL (Oracle) would be an advantageWorking knowledge of CI/CD tools such asBitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins and ArgoCDBe aware of Non-Functional Requirements.Strong analytical, algorithmic and problem-solving skills.Excellent oral, and written communication skills (English and French).
