Process Coordinator Construction 100% (m/w/d)

Deine Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Sicherstellung der Konformität unserer Filialen und der Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften mit unseren internen und externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Verfolgung von Projekten mit internen Tools (Planon, Statusliste usw...)
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter und des Draftteams bei der Vorbereitung und Überwachung von Lizenz-/Genehmigungsanträgen (und enge Kommunikation mit den Behörden)
  • Verwaltung und Übermittlung von Plänen für die Eröffnung neuer und den Umbau/Renovierung bestehender Läden an die zuständigen externen Stellen
  • Eingabe und Aktualisierung genauer Informationen über die (finanzielle) Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Bauvorhaben und allen Projekten
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Erstellung und Überwachung von Bauplänen und Bauzeitplänen.
  • Bestellung und Überwachung der Versorgungseinrichtungen (Strom, Wasser usw.), einschliesslich der Netzanschlüsse, und Sicherstellung der effektiven Inbetriebnahme für die Eröffnung der Filialen
  • Bestellung von z.B. Kassen, Toren, Regalen, Einkaufswagen und Überwachung des Lieferprozesses und ggf. dessen Anpassung.
  • Bestellung von Ladeneinrichtungen sowohl bei externen sowie internen Partnern und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen und vollständigen Lieferung.
  • Koordination mit den Lieferanten, so dass die Filialen in hoher Qualität und ohne Verzögerung öffnen
  • Koordination mit den Projektmanagern bezüglich der Planung und Lieferung des Inventars des neu eröffneten (Neu- und Umbau-) Shops
  • Sammeln und Strukturieren relevanter Informationen und Sicherstellen der Kommunikation und des Informationsaustauschs mit relevanten internen und externen Partnern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Informationen klar an alle relevanten internen und externen Parteien weitergegeben werden, um einen effektiven Einsatz zu ermöglichen.
  • Input und Beratung zur Verbesserung von Prozessen, Verfahren und Systemen innerhalb der Abteilung
  • Kontakt und Austausch mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen (Real Estate, HR, Finance, Logistik,...)
