Junior Internal Communications SpecialistTreibe die interne Kommunikation von KPMG aktiv voran Du hast hierbei nicht nur die Chance selbst Projekte zu betreuen, sondern entwickelst zudem kreative Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Botschaften konsistent und wirkungsvoll umgesetzt werden.So bringst du KPMG weiter Du wirkst an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung interner Kommunikationsmassnahmen mit, die unsere Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz informieren, inspirieren und verbinden.Du erstellst und redigierst Texte für verschiedene interne Kanäle, um unsere Werte und Unternehmensziele lebendig und greifbar zu machen.Du entwickelst multimediale Inhalte – zum Beispiel Video-Interviews mit Kolleg:innen – und unterstützt interne Live-Formate und Broadcasts wie Townhalls oder andere interne Events.Du unterstützt interne Kampagnen und Events End-to-End – von der kreativen Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur Nachbereitung.Du arbeitest an internationalen Kommunikationsprojekten mit und stimmst dich dabei eng mit unseren Kommunikationskolleg*innen bei KPMG UK ab.Du bringst kreative Impulse und neue Kommunikationsformate ein, insbesondere zur Ansprache der Gen Z.Deshalb bist du erfolgreich Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Kommunikation, Marketing, Journalismus, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.Erste Berufserfahrung in Kommunikation, Marketing oder Public Relations – idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.Exzellente Schreib- und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten in Englisch; Deutsch und/oder Französisch sind ein Plus.Leidenschaft für interne Kommunikation, Mitarbeiterengagement und Unternehmenskultur.Proaktive, neugierige Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und eigene Ideen einbringt.Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Teamgeist und Freude an einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld.
