Ihre Aufgaben: In dieser Rolle agierst Du als Marketing Spezialist(in) für unser Ophthalmologie Portfolio und leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zur Definition und Implementation der lokalen Brand-Strategie. Im Detail bist Du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung innovativer Marketinginitiativen in der Schweiz, um den Bedürfnissen der PatientInnen sowie unserer lokalen Kunden (Ärzte / Spezialisten) gerecht zu werden. Du stehst in Kontakt mit dem globalen Produktmanagement, adaptierst und ergänzst deren Konzepte entsprechend der Gegebenheiten des Schweizer Marktes, erstellst lokale Markt- und Konkurrenzanalysen und unterstützt Potential- und Umsatzprognosen. Du bist am Puls der Zeit, suchst aktiv den Austausch mit lokalen Ärzten und pflegst einen engen Kontakt mit unserem Aussendienst sowie dem gesamten Brand Team. Qualifikationen Als ideale(n) Bewerber(in) verfügst Du über eine solide betriebswirtschaftliche oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung und weist solide Erfahrungen in Sales oder Marketing in der Pharmabranche innerhalb des Schweizer Marktes auf. Du bist eine kreative, proaktive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, welche es schätzt, selbständig zu arbeiten. Patienten- sowie Kundenfokus stehen im Zentrum Deines Handelns und Organisationstalent sowie Belastbarkeit gehören zu Deinen weiteren Stärken. Du ergänzt unser Team optimal, wenn Du Herausforderungen liebst, stetig den Status Quo hinterfragst sowie Verantwortung für Dein Handeln übernimmst. Eine starke strategische Denkweise, überzeugende Präsentationstechnik sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse ergänzen Dein Profil.
