Job description

Nous recherchons un Data Analyst pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Collecter, analyser et interpréter des données provenant de diverses sources internes et externes.
  • Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord et des rapports pour suivre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).
  • Collaborer avec les départements clés (production, logistique, finance, etc.) pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de données et fournir des analyses pertinentes.
  • Identifier les tendances, les modèles et les opportunités d'amélioration continue au sein des processus de l'entreprise.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des modèles de données pour prédire les performances futures et soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et l'intégrité des données utilisées pour les analyses.
  • Fournir des recommandations basées sur les analyses de données pour optimiser les processus et les stratégies de l'entreprise.
  • Utiliser des outils et des techniques de visualisation de données pour communiquer clairement les résultats des analyses.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme en statistiques, informatique, analyse de données ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de minimum 2 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Solides compétences en analyse de données et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Expérience avec des outils d'analyse de données et de visualisation (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellente capacité à interpréter et à présenter des données complexes de manière claire et concise.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.
  • Maitrise des langages de programmation pour l'analyse de données (Python, R) est un atout.
  • Connaissance des principes de gestion des données et des meilleures pratiques en matière de qualité des données.
