Implementation of operating and maintenance measures for the technical building equipment and the process media supply systems for clean room production Management of technical documentation and maintenance planning Planning, organization and implementation of new installations or conversion measures  Organization, coordination and support of external service providers and suppliers Management of the spare parts and consumables warehouse incl. cost and deadline clarifications Deputizing for the supervisor

Your Profile

Basic technical training in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, mechanics or building services engineering Several years of professional experience in industry and/or ancillary building trades, including project management Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage Experience with technical building equipment and process media supply systems Good knowledge of German and English
