Shape the future with us and strengthen our product development team:About the roleAs an AI Engineer, you have the opportunity to co-create a new AI platform for the financial world from the ground up – from the initial idea to productive deployment. You will work on projects that have a direct impact on financial institutions and their customers.Your ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the solution design, development, and rollout of our new AI platformIdentify new use cases and translate them into concrete, AI-driven solutionsDevelop and test prototypes to validate ideas early on with customers and stakeholdersEvaluate new technologies in terms of feasibility, maturity, and business value – and derive architectural and tooling decisions from themPromote data-driven thinking and act as a driving force for AI innovation within the companyYour SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in building at least one market-relevant product or feature based on LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral)Very strong Python skills, especially in the context of LLM applicationsHands-on experience with embedding models, vector databases, and RAG architecturesEnjoyment of iterative work, continuous learning, and experimentationExperience working in interdisciplinary teams with Product Owners and Software EngineersIndustry knowledge in banking and an affinity for DevOps are a big plusFluent English, German is a big plusYour AdvantagesYou give your best – and we make sure you feel well supported and valued while doing so.
