As a Manager at the KPMG Insights Center in Geneva, you will design, lead and oversee the delivery of innovative and collaborative problem-solving workshops. You will support business development efforts as well as important engagement delivery milestones by helping internal teams steer conversations, generate insights and drive clients' transformation journeys.
Your contribution to KPMG
  • ​Lead the planning and execution of high-impact workshops and experiences within our Insights Center in Geneva.
  • ​Collaborate with stakeholders from diverse, multi-cultural and cross-functional teams (ex: Business Service Lines, IT, Marketing, Facilities management, Alliance partners etc.)
  • ​ Provide expertise and coach internal teams on the use of collaborative methodologies for finding solutions to complex client problems.
  • ​Utilize cutting-edge technologies specific to the Insights Center to create impactful visual experiences and facilitate positive client interactions in physical, hybrid, and virtual environments.
  • ​ Engage with top-tier clients from day one, leveraging KPMG's reputation as a trusted and respected global professional services firm.
  • ​Project management activities with direct responsibility for meeting client expectations and achieving great results.
  • Proactive knowledge exchange and best practice sharing with the team based in Zurich.
  • Continuously learn and apply new facilitation techniques to inspire and stimulate the creativity of internal and external clients.​
This is what makes you successful
  • Master's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • ​Prior experience in consulting, agency, or B2B companies, preferably in digital transformation, functional transformation, or change management.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering facilitated business workshops with senior participants.
  • ​Certified or trained in design thinking, futures thinking, liberating structures, innovation management, service design, or agile methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, senior stakeholder management, event management, and project management.
  • Keen interest in storytelling, visual communication, emerging technologies, and innovation.
  • ​Client-focused with a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a flexible, goal-oriented approach to ambiguity.
  • ​Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, with excellent presentation skills.​
