Our recently launched unique biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, offers a complete product lifecycle of a biopharmaceutical – from preclinical to commercial stages, from drug substance to drug product, all in one location. The three offerings Ibex™ Design, Ibex™ Develop, and Ibex™ Dedicate have been developed as a response to a dynamic market and evolving needs. The environment is constantly changing and the spirit is truly comparable to a start-up organization with high energy, and where we all learn from each other, and have fun at the same time.
We have currently multiple openings for students who would like to do an internship or write a thesis linked to the pharmaceutical industry. Become part of this exciting opportunity and join our team by applying for (this) internship
Duration: 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting technology transfers of biopharmaceutical processes Technical and scientific support to achieve robust and efficient production processes Focus is on downstream processing Collaboration with manufacturing Supporting process validation Supporting deviations management and changes Preparation of the required GMP compliant documentationQualifications & Skills required:
University student (engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology or related field). Very good communication skills Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio) Fluent English language skills and basic German language skillsEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
